I hold a foundational belief that each person seeking therapy possesses the potential to improve their lives and the resilience to overcome their challenges. My job as your therapist is to create the optimal environment to explore your feelings while also providing you with tools to diminish distress around the experience. I am humbled to participate in your process of self discovery and healing, and I approach our time together from a place of genuine curiosity and enthusiasm. I work with anxiety disorders, general anxiety, relationship issues, and with people experiencing life transitions. I integrate psychodynamic theories, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-based therapy. I also utilize mindfulness and somatic techniques. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming and sex positive.
