My Therapeutic Style & Approach

I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from therapy. Rather than viewing my clients as sick, I view them as stuck in unhelpful patterns of behavior, thoughts, and relationships. Through a therapeutic relationship characterized by safety and trust, together we can help you to tap into your inner strengths and resources, and enact meaningful change in your life. My personal style is characterized by warmth, authenticity, and a commitment to understanding you as a whole person. I incorporate the latest evidence-based techniques, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship and building insight. At every session, I will meet you where you are, and work collaboratively with you to get where you want to be. It would be an honor to accompany you on your journey towards self growth and improvement.
