I am a firm believer that everyone can benefit from therapy. Rather than viewing my clients as sick, I view them as stuck in unhelpful patterns of behavior, thoughts, and relationships. Through a therapeutic relationship characterized by safety and trust, together we can help you to tap into your inner strengths and resources, and enact meaningful change in your life. My personal style is characterized by warmth, authenticity, and a commitment to understanding you as a whole person. I incorporate the latest evidence-based techniques, with a strong focus on the therapeutic relationship and building insight. At every session, I will meet you where you are, and work collaboratively with you to get where you want to be.

My areas of specialization include anxiety, depression, relationship issues/dating, sexual assault/trauma and disordered eating/body image issues. I especially enjoy supporting and empowering women through periods of transition, whether that be a career transition, moving to a new city, or relationship changes. Additionally, I specialize in working with couples from an attachment perspective using Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT). This approach is focused on helping couples to understand what is at the root of their conflict, shift their patterns of communication, and deepen their connection with one another. I have successfully supported both married and unmarried couples, LGBTQ+ couples, and interracial couples. Both in my work with individuals and couples, I am deeply committed to creating an environment that supports inclusivity and respect for all forms of diversity.
