We all struggle at some point in life, but therapy is a powerful space where you can grow, learn, and most importantly- feel better. I have watched clients transform through therapy and would be honored to help you. I can help you improve how you handle stress and challenges, manage your emotions, navigate relationships, and feel about yourself. I especially enjoy helping people improve their self-awareness through deep, exploratory work.

I provide a warm, nonjudgmental environment, and my style is active and engaged. I will show up to every session willing to be fully present with you and invested in your growth. I practice combining psychodynamic, third wave cognitive behavioral (specifically ACT), and mindfulness interventions that are supported by research. Together, we will help you make lasting changes by building insight into root causes of your suffering, making sense of your feelings, and developing more helpful patterns of thoughts and behavior.

I have a specialty in reproductive psychology and am passionate about helping people navigate the experiences of infertility and pregnancy loss, and the world of assisted reproduction. It is important to work with a mental health professional who has specific training in this niche, as it is a constantly evolving field with regards to treatment options and best standards of practice. I am committed to staying on top of the latest developments in the field so that I can best help you. I am also  proud to work with the LGBTQ+ community and single parents by choice, and am committed to fighting for reproductive rights. From a personal perspective, I am deeply connected to the infertility community as I conceived my children using IVF and have experienced pregnancy loss myself.
