My Therapeutic Style & Approach

“I’m okay. And, it’s time to change.” We all struggle at some point in life, and allowing yourself the space to grow and learn in the process is one of the best investments you’ll ever make. I say this as a clinician who has seen clients transform through therapy, and as a client myself. I can help you improve how you feel about yourself, handle stress and challenges, and navigate relationships. I am committed to our work, and will show up to every session willing to be fully present with you and invested in your growth. Together, we will help you understand why your patterns developed, explore how you’d like to live instead, and discover changes you can make to live the life you want. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and grounded in treatments supported by research. I’d be honored to help you on your journey.
