How to Emotionally Navigate the Holidays

The Problem with Letting Therapy Speak Invade Everything

Do Childhood Attachment Patterns Inform Our Relationship with Food?

Grieving the Loss of a Life You Wanted

As seen in:

If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious, or inadequate, I can help you. If you find yourself making the same choices despite wanting different outcomes, I can help you. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space so that you can better understand yourself, your relationships, and your patterns of behavior. Together, we will discover root causes to current problems and directly address the underlying source of distress so that change is effective and long-lasting. In addition to gaining more self-awareness, you will be able to create a new narrative for yourself and learn skills that will translate from the therapy room to the outside world. I use an integrative approach to therapy, which combines relational, emotion-focused, and evidence-based practices. My style is collaborative, warm, empathic, and authentic. I am passionate about the work I do and am deeply committed to your care.
