It can be hard to find places where we are seen, and can see ourselves, with accuracy and empathy. It can be even harder to ask for help. I would be honored to provide you with that space and to walk alongside you as we explore your most important concerns. If you are a young adult finding your identity in the world, a couple seeking deeper connection, or if you are facing grief and/or life transition, I can help. My style is relational, present-focused, and relaxed. I am gently curious about what comes up in the mind and body in any given moment, without pressure or judgement. Going at your pace is crucial to good therapy. I also believe that good therapy is guided by your knowledge, your language and your vision. You know yourself best. Together, we’ll establish an empowered space where we will expand upon your innate strengths (including those you may not see yet!) and build your support systems as we work toward the changes you seek. I'd love to learn about your goals for therapy and what matters to you.
